Friends only
If you've landed here on a random trawl, sorry about this. My journal is now friends only. It wasn't something I wished to do, but unfortunately I had a security scare, so I didn't really have an option.

If you would like me to add you, leave a comment and I'll consider it, though I can't promise that I'll actually add you because my friends list is already quite full. Please don't just add me without commenting, as I have an extremely busy life and I may not necessarily notice that you've added me. If you don't get a reply to a comment within a day or two, it means I won't be adding you; please don't take this personally - it probably means no more than that I've run out of room. I comment my friends regularly, and this takes quite a lot of time to do properly.

(NB This entry has been heavily edited, so I've screened all the comments to the original entry because they no longer directly follow from it. Subsequent requests to be added will not be screened.)

Hi! I added you after reading about the boiled lobster dilemma, and then I read this entry - I hope you don't mind that I added you before introducing myself. I'm pretty easygoing about the commenting and adding back and all that - I'm lucky if I have time to update:D - I just like having something interesting to read when the kids are asleep. Hi Thursday :) I recently turned my journal to a community and then back to a personal journal to completely erase my friends list and my name from their lists. I added you back but if anyone missed the post about it they would probably just think that I haven't updated. I was trying to be patient and just see who adds me back but I really miss reading all your entries... So I thought I'd come say hello and let you know that I'm still updating. ah hi. you might reckonize me from random_madness, I was thinking of adding you to my friends list because some of your answers on the community fasante me and I think we might have a few things in common. feel free to poke around at my blurty. I'm kinda new at this making friends over the computer and being shy don't help much. I do joke in my blurty about it being used to put people to sleep because one of my brother's friends said it was boring in spanish, so I kinda went with the flow. anyway I'm babbling something I do when I'm nervouse. I've seen what seems like dozens of your comments in Friends' journals and you seem like a witty and likeable lady. So, I thought, why not attempt to tap directly into the source?
