    La poeme de francaise
Here is the French poem I was talking about last night. I'll include a translation underneath it, but it's important that it's in French. Like I said before, I feel that America is wrong in its recent treatment of the French, thus I wrote this poem to show my respect for the French. Vive le France!

    Mon Pays et Moi
    Jerry Landry

    Je me réveille
    toujours.
    Je me lève
    toujours.
    Je me lave
    toujours
    Je m’habille
    toujours.
    Mais je ne vis pas
    tant que
    j’habite ici.
    Je suis un homme.
    Je suis la vérité.
    Je suis un homosexuel.
    Je suis un patriote.
    J’aime mon pays.
    J’aime mon gens.
    Je n’aime pas qu’il devenait.
    Il n’est pas véridique.
    Il n’est pas patriotique.
    Il est une farce.
    Il est mort.
    Je ne suis pas.

    My Country and Me
    Jerry Landry

    I wake up
    always.
    I get up
    always.
    I wash myself
    always.
    I get dressed
    always.
    But I am not living
    as long as
    I live here.
    I am a man.
    I am the truth.
    I am a homosexual.
    I am a patriot.
    I love my country.
    I love my people.
I do not love what it has become.
    It is not truthful.
    It is not patriotic.
    It is a farce.
    It is dead.
    I am not.
