I'm not usually so adventurous.
If I were to actually use this day as a guideline I'd subtract the ham & pineapple (I don't like/eat either) & the cottage cheese. Cutting those out + the feta & pita makes it more like a 960-1000cal day.
I like these bc I sometimes end up eating the same things over & over & over again. And these at least give me some inspiration for variety.(Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread) |
