    "Your flat belly day"
Gonna post & hold down the fort.

Here's hoping some people will return.

Was looking back through years of old entries in this community (that I had saved to my "memories" & it used to be so helpful & productive. Feeling like I've grown up, but something is still miss that this community could add. We'll see what happens.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the "Your flat-belly day" meal guide in womenshealth magazine.

    B- Tomato, Artichoke & Feta Fritata (286c)
S-4 slices of pineapple + 2 slices of 95% FF deli ham (wrapped) (226c)
    L- Tabbouleh & Tuna on Greens (374c)
    S-1 cup 1% cottage cheese + 1 slcied cucumber + 3/4 cup sliced red bell pepper (200c)
    D- Lemon chicken w/gazpacho (414c)
    Total ~1500cals

I usually reduce some things here & there to make it fit my diet-Example: subtract 2 TBSp feta at breakfast & the pita at lunch takes off 124 cals.

    any faves?

I would have to subtract more simply because I have a VERY plain palate. :p

Yeah,

I'm not usually so adventurous.

If I were to actually use this day as a guideline I'd subtract the ham & pineapple (I don't like/eat either) & the cottage cheese. Cutting those out + the feta & pita makes it more like a 960-1000cal day.

I like these bc I sometimes end up eating the same things over & over & over again. And these at least give me some inspiration for variety.
