    Lent
    Hey guys,

    So, I am thinking of giving up chocolate and drive through take-aways for lent. I have become far too reliant on those for some time now!

    Also, still need to try and eat more fruit, and drink less caffinated drinks.

    Is anyone else going to try and cut out anything? If so, good luck!!

Well, I am a very bad Lutheran, so I don't have to give up anything for Lent. :p
Although when I diet I do give up sweets, so I kind of on an extended Diet Lent. :p
And I don't drink caffeine, unless it's a rare cup of hot chocolate.
I do need to add more fruits and veggies though.

I gave up carbs. Mostly Atkins for me right now - meat, fish, eggs....so far I've lost a few pounds but just a few. Was hoping it would be 5 or so by now.
