    Diet Update....
    Well, it was time to get back on the scale.
    It has been a month since I last weighed in, and I knew there was going to be a weight gain. It was just a matter of how bad was that weight gain going to be.

    I think I lucked out fairly well in that department.



    Today's Weight: XXX. X lbs

    Lost or Gain This Month: + 6.6 lbs

    Total Lost or Gained: - 24.6 lbs



    Now come the tricky part of getting back into be a good eater and exerciser. The weather is not cooperating for getting out doors. At least for me. I don't like to walk outside in the cold/snow. Lol… I will have to get my butt over to the mall and get some walking in there.

That's not too shabby given the whole vacation thing. I think if you get back to your good habits, you 'll be able to make those pounds history.

I hear you about the weather. It isn't even winter yet, and I'm already over it. How sad is that???

I am having a really tough time getting dieting back into my brain. :o
Sadly, there a good chance that next week will be more of a gain. Blah...
Must Reprogram The Brain. :p

Today was actually closer to Fall then Winter and tomorrow is suppose to be even better. That's good news because I am going up to Minneapolis to see the play 101 Dalmations The Musical. :)
Sadly next week is back to wet and yucky. Must go to the mall and walk. :)
