Well, until I got on the scale this morning I was pretty sure I had gained at least a couple of pounds.
I over ate this past week, and was/am feeling "fat".
Then I got on the scale and...
I fooled myself and lost weight. :o
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs.
Lost This Week: - 2.0 lbs.
Total Lost: - 10.1 lbs.
