    Whispers
    This happened yesterday night. For those who live in Chicago and are reading this, yesterday was rather warm, and the sudden temperature change affected everyone, putting most in a bad mood. Because of this, when I went to bed at about 11:30 pm, I did not actually fall asleep for a while. I tossed and turned, and even though my window was open, I was getting no air inside my room, and it was so hot, I was ready to kill.

    So ending up sprawled out on the bed with all the covers on the floor, I finally closed my eyes and heard a faint whisper. At first I thought it was maybe a group of people outside on their patio, and it was when I heard it again that I rose to investigate. There was no one outside, and I am positive I heard a distinct female voice whisper my name. I wonder who it could have been...
