A friend of mine (dont let the subject line fool you, she is christian... thats just some lyrics from a little song I wrote) gave blood the otherday, I admire her audacity to do something so giving...
Personally I wouldnt go through with the procedure...
To put it simply, I dont like needles... Not because of the pain, I dont really find needles painful... More the feeling of them... I had a blood test a few weeks ago... (NO CHOLESTEROL PROBLEMS FOR ME!!!) It didn't hurt in the slightest... There was a sensation I had never felt before... It wasn't painful, yet it wasnt pleasant either... its just something I wasnt familliar with and had no intention to become familiar with... Let me put it this way, I'd rather be hit in the guts with a bat, Smashed in the face with a chair or punched in the back of the head...
All because I know what these feel like
