New Year's Resolution #1
I think that I've got to tell him. Somehow, I have to. I don't know how to do it. I don't know if I'll be able to. If I don't, all this liking would be worthless. I like him a lot. He's invited me out to dinner, and all sorts of stuff, but somehow, it never works out. Maybe if we did go out to dinner, I could do it. We wouldn't be surrounded by his friends. It would be easier. I don't know why I'm so scared. It's not like he's going to hate me if I tell him. I know he probably knows anyways. Rollie even knows. Rivers too, I think. Everyone. All his friends. And people talk. Certainly he's been informed. I don't think he would freak out. If he didn't like me, he would at least be a little flattered. I'm scared of embarrassing myself. I'm scared of being rejected. I'm scared of everything. I like him so much. I'm almost afraid that he'd actually like me back. I don't like things to be awkward. If I told him, the next few days would definitely be awkward. I don't know what would happen. I don't know what I'll do. I need to tell. I want to tell him. I like him a lot. He's so nice. And creative. And smart. I like his hair, and I like his laugh. I don't know what I would tell him. What COULD I tell him? What should I tell him? I'm not good with words. I would stutter and end up embarrassing myself, or say the wrong thing.

I don't know what I'll do.

Please help.

I agree with Jodi. There is absolutely nothing to lose. If shit keeps going the way it is then, you know, nothing will EVER fuckin' happen between you two. If you do tell him then you would be able to get it off your chest and things could either move on, and I think they will, or things will stay how they are. He isn't going not like you for expressing these feelings for him. If anything he will like you more just for feeling that way about him and be flattered whether he likes you or not. So do it. This has been going on FAR too goddamn long. He is too shy to make any moves, so you best. PLEASE. The longer this goes on, then the longer you are going to question yourself and put yourself through this torment. So I suggest that you friggin' call him and invite him out for dindin.
