I think I just got rejected. I called the girl I met and had a first date with this weekend. She said that she's going roller skating with some girlfriends tonight, and church tomorrow. I told her I would call Thursday. If she's busy again, I'll make sure she has my number and say goodbye. I want to be optimistic, but having been down this road so many times, it's so hard. Why am I so easy to step on? This is the worst feeling in the world. Even a man's heart can only be stomped before it stops....
