I started off this morning with a cup of coffee for breakfast(60 cals), and an apple(70 cals). For lunch a had a special K red berries bar(90 cals). I also had 1 small tomato crisp(5 cals) Total calories for today = 225. I hope to leave it at that but i'm going to buy weed later depending on the weather so i could possibly binge. ugh. If i don't binge this will be a good start to my diet. Walking home today, i live 3.5 km from the train station, so atleast i will get some exercise. x

So i did end up eating when i got home, i had two thick slices of pineapple. Dammit. That brings my total up to 265 cals. Not too bad.
