Plain and simple, what I do always. We bought each other Christmas presents. I like my gifts but more importantly I like that I bought beautiful jewelry for my beautiful girl. I hope everyone can be this happy buying gifts for someone they love. Well anyways that's it.

yes it is true that material things do not mean much. but when we went shoping we both told eachother this, and then we both bought things for eachother; because i personaly like to see the joy upon his face when i he is made happy, and im not sorry for that. and for the fact of him getting me something i think he feels the same way.
and for you not leaving your name boohoo "im all above petty things" i highly doubt that you wouldnt accept a gift that was thaught up with care and given to you just to please you and make you happy.
