The GYM of the stars and my beloved star...
And so M and I had our first work out together at the Gym of the Stars...Gold's Gym in Glorietta. It was a brief cardio work out, 20 mins at the threadmill and a few minutes at the stationary bike...then observe, observe, observe.
The gym has two levels, with lots of cardio machines, free weights, and weight training machines, roaming trainers in red shirts, and a handful of men and women (some with toned body). It was a cool gym. But I stil prefer my home gym here at the office...nakasanayan na.
The sauna room was cool though. My first time to be in a sauna. When I went there, there was an old chubby guy and another guy (gay?)....who enters and exits the room thrice...It was relaxing, I spent 10 mins or so. Then I took a hot shower (they have free soap and shampoo). I didnt use the soap though coz I didnt like the scent. I still prefer my Johnson's Body Milk...
So, where are the stars?...I spotted one PBA player (forgot the name)...and Gold's gym endorser himself, the prince(ss?) Carloss A....Infront of the shower room's mirror, naked up, and a towel wrapped down...
So how's that for my first time at the gym of the stars?...Nothing fancy actually...I don't really like to see them...
I'm happy being with and watching my beloved STAR at the gym of the stars....
