self imposed delusional troubled state...
Some simply calls it..."waking up at the wrong side" of the bed....or the more popular phrase..."bad hair day".
I call it my self-imposed delusional troubled state...a state of mind when I feel like totally shit about everything... What are its causes? I don't know. It is a recurring state. One day it comes then in a moment its all gone....
Emotional instability, personal insecurities...It usually occurs when I feel so hopeless about stuff and things...I know I have the power to stop it, to prevent it from occuring but then I choose not...I opt to wallow in its effect...Savoring every bits of agony it may cause me....
Will I snap out of it?...Of course?...Its just a matter of recognizing what cause it to happen....
In the meantime, let me enjoy my self imposed-delusional troubled state....
