When someone says they are "peculiar with you" what exactly does that mean?

if you where to go to www.dictionary.com and type in the word you would come up with the following....... Unusual or eccentric; odd. Distinct from all others. See Synonyms at strange. Belonging distinctively or primarily to one person, group, or kind; special or unique: rights peculiar to the rich; a species peculiar to this area. A privilege or property that is exclusively one's own. That which is peculiar; a sole or exclusive property; a prerogative; a characteristic. One's own; belonging solely or especially to an individual; not possessed by others; of private, personal, or characteristic possession and use; not owned in common or in participation. so what pops out to me is this person is trying to say in a round about way that they are yours.... ;) Ardy (Reply to this) (Thread)
