Changing Face....???
I've been wanting to color my hair for a long time now, but I'm so scared too.
I'm gonna ask Tom what he thinks, but I'd also appreciate all y'lls opinion also.



That is the best pic I have available that shows my hair color now.
I'm thinking of going super dark, maybe with auburn highlights.
What do you think of the girl in my icon for this entry? I like that, but I dunno if it'd look good on me or not.



Of course, I wont be dying my hair anytime soon b/c I'm broke as ever, but when I get money, I'm really ready for change. I've had this hair color my entire life, basically--blonde for ever, altho more blonde since I started highlighting it freshman yr of high school.

So, I'm ready for change and need opinions. :)

I'm in computer class but it hasnt started yet. I also seem to be the first one out--eh well. lol.

So ya....when I get yll's opinion and Tom's, I really wanna do it. Of course--then there's my mom.....lol. She's deifntly going to have an opinion. But I'm just sick of being blonde. I mean, Ill always be *blonde* but I just wanna try out a new hair color.

Let me kno what yll think PLEASE!

it would be great to have a change like, i think it will help in your recovery b/c , to me at least, a new hair color is a start to a "new day"!! who cares if it looke bad later! i will be fun, different, and you'll still be teh same person. i've been wanting to go drastic for a while, but can get anybody to do what i want..... i won't be able to write this afternoon :-( i ran into many extra problems i wasn't expecting, but i'll try (Reply to this) (Thread)

awesome, well im obsessed with writing and these journals, so im sure ill be checking quite frequently, lol. i have nothing better to do anyways. so a change is good, ya....but what do you think about going dark, like the girl in that pic? maybe with auburn highlights? :-\ not sure. i want *lots* of opinions, so i put this same entry in my public journal on fod and put the link in my aim profile. 	i have a program called cosmopolitan makeover, where u put yourself into the program and well, give yourself a makeover, it's not a very good program though, but you're welcome to try it (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	thanks thatd be awesome. i found this site for clairol thats free online. im going to go tomorrow or friday to a salon and ask but tom and i decided dark dark brown--like in the pic--with deep red highlights. :) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Hi.. I think you should definitely go darker. I think you should try to do it yourself. DO NOT GO PERMANENT!! I was blonde too and that was a big mistake. You can never go back. And even if you think you never will at this time. You need to keep your options open. Cause your looks reflect your feelings and those change allot ey. Oke. So .. try doing it yourself.. try Natural insticts "medium brown" .. dont do anything with red in it. because it will make you look pale. Then when it washes out it looks like barf purple..?? is there such a thing? hehe..anywho.. try that. Otherwise try going to a profecional and start with a light brown base with some darker browns lowlights throughout your hair. Try looking in magazines!!:D see what you like.
