    Current mood: accomplished

Went to the Booksale at Harrison Plaza with asthenos, Cecile, JM and Bugie yesterday. Good results:

Michelangelo: The Agony and the Ecstasy -by Irving Stone (php 95.00)
Underground - by Don Delillo (php 65.00)

J.O. and I looked around very hard for the John Grishams and Michael Crichtons that perpetually haunt Voltz; they were all huddled together, hidden under a stack of Margaret Atwoods. Apparently they come creeping out of the shadows only whenever Voltz is there.

There's still a stack of hardbound, fully illustrated (coloured) fairytales by Washington Irving available, if any of you are interested. They're somewhere around Php 100.00 each.

Hurrah for pirated, secondhand and stolen books!

I'm a dual-action kind of girl. Like Crest toothpaste. :) Besides, there are too many interesting people on my friends-list to abandon.

Were you able to pick up the books you reserved?
