A quarter century replete with questions...or perchance it is that the years are rife with instances of a single question, a void expressed in so many ways. Were truths not sure a poignant price to pay for comfort, this void would have been stopped up through artifice or distraction. Still, I carry faith that my disdain for such trades shan't go unrewarded. Revelation is a sly beast, evading the most artful attempts at capture only to engage in visitation at the unlikeliest whim.

Are we so engaged now, this rare creature and I? I think perhaps. Whispers in the ethers that hitherto escaped coherency have been converging in sudden bursts of pattern. Bursts whose clarity is only enhanced by brevity and a backdrop of chaos.

And answers? Yes. Character, Destiny, Meaning... Partial in nature, of course, but are not all answers partial?

Twenty five years; should I be saying "Happy Birthday?"

I'm glad the pieces are falling together for you. For me, it's still a blurry haze; and like any fog, the harder I try to see through it, the blinder I become.

Do you think answers are inherently partial? Or do we lack the language to sufficiently respond to questions (or ask the questions)?

It's nice to know you're still alive.

Indeed it is. Good question. It seems that sufficiently simple questions can be phrased so that complete answers are possible, so perhaps this implies that it is merely our phrasing that is the primary impediment to more complex answers. Of course, Godel assures us that some questions are inherently unanswerable, even given an arbitrarily sufficient language. I have a feeling that most of the questions that plague us perennially are at least arguably of this nature.

Did I just offer a partial answer to a question concerning partial answers? I think yes. Do forgive me.
