    The T5 Plunge
Well I decided to go for it rather than put up with my T3's annoying digitizer problem and get a T5. Despite the initial bashing I actually find it quite a nice PDA. Instalation of the new Palm Desktop was a breeze. I did not use the same Hotsync ID though and decided to create a new one. This would give me more time to slowly install my critical work applications while still using my T3.
So far I have found that Lexidrugs works but the data files should be stored in the Applications folder of the internal memory. Skyscape seems to work well. iSilo and Repligo work too.
    Avantgo works fine.
The new Wifi drivers for the T5 work fine too.
I had issues with DocsToGo as it affected my T3 but customer support responded with a solution.
    So far so good.....

Wah... beh ta han, is it?! How bad was the digitizer drift? Or was it just the little voice in the head that made that tiny drift seem like a lot... eheheheh.

I'm holding out to see what surprise PalmOne holds for the next one - then, if it's still no good - I may, sadly, jump ship.

Well its not too bad, - use Qlaunch as a workaround for the toggling of the DIA and screen rotation Still its an annoyance. But yeaj a little itchy to find out how good/bad the T5 really is. I really like the screen - this one is great. And the better battery. Yeah it is an interim measure until we see what palmOne comes up with this year. This is going to be a make a break year for them - if they don't deliver a dual wireless Palm, then I'll possibly jump ship too
