The site problems should be fixed now. Thanks for your patience, as always, and Blurty herself would like to thank you for being so understanding during this time of the month. We have purchased a case of Midol in an effort to prevent this from happening again anytime soon.

I wonder.... if we're going to be getting any details about what actually happened? I'm sure I'm not the only curious one. Mind you, I'd never dream of asking a volunteer to actually enjoy helping people understand things, but perhaps the wonderful people who sail this ship will deliver a little status update down to the cargo bay. Using two huge gaping holes in the LJ engine that blurty uses, it's possible to create a self propigating thread using peoples "Friends" pages. (Read 'Blog Virus', and 'High Security risk'.) Perhaps a couple of patches are needed? http://www.livejournal.com/community/lj_dev/641972.html?view=6358452#t6358452 And if you know any mods of other sites using the LJ engine, could you pass on the info?
