I just don't get why everyone is so defensive of the websitepeople are allowed to complain
thats why this part of the website was added. this isnt directed persoanlly to you...but to everyone... it would be nice if when people come to express their concerns, people dont jump all over them for it. Its hypocritical to say not to complain, when thats what your doing. News letter would be nice, i agree. It would lessen te complaints and give us a day/time when we *might* be able to go back on...thats all :-) No need to respond.....im not being mean im just stateing.
