	I have a question : If you are not a member of a blurty Role-Playing community, Role Playing on another medium entirely (say AOL) but you keep a journal for your character on here simply to aid in character development (all original characters mind you) then are you subject to needing this disclaimer or is this strictly for the RP communities on Blurty? 	But as I recall in another comment up higher on this page, someone asked if their community of original characters needed this disclaimer and they were told they were off the hook. I'm just making sure of this because my character is an original and not even Role played on blurty. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	The main purpose is to keep us safe from legal issues, so if you own the character, there's no real need, but it wouldn't hurt either... (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
