Not to sound to horribly bitchy, but why then give out a solution that doesn't work, and not at least make a post acknowledging that there is a problem.
I, and I'm sure everyone else as well, would be less pissed if a simple post had been made over here lat night saying "Yes, we know there is a problem and we are trying to pinpoint the cause and find a solution. We're sorry about all the inconvience." That's simple common courtesy.
If this is the way the owner(s) plan to run this site, it won't ever be a successful as it can be. If you get no support, why freaking pay for it (assuming the paid accounts option will ever be availible)?
A little common courtsey and common sense would go a long way in situations like this.
Okay, the point is that it has been answered, many, many, many times in support, not giving a solution - but telling people that it is a tech issue that they haven't found the cause of yet and that they are working on it. This is a news journal. Tech support has it's own official blurty community where it can and should be discussed. Yes it could have also been mentioned here but it wasn't.
