More randomness...
I got 3 test tomorrow and an extra credit thingy due... but gotta type this before I forget...

The other day a classmate's mother came to talk about journalism 'cos she is one. I thought I wanted to be one... but not sure I want to anymore...

THINGS/QUALITIES A JOURNALIST IS TO EXPECT:

1) Pays JACK.

2) No fear. (She told us about a time where she interviewed a homeless person--she was doing an article about the homeless--and a guy offered to slit her throat for her. ::shudders::)

3) Good talking skills and able to ask things of complete strangers (I am not good with that.)

4) Write well, write fast (Can't do that either)

5) This occupation is not looked highly upon... (The lady said that sometimes when she goes out, she wears wigs.)

6) Will learn new things and meet new people. (I liked that one.)

Yeah, not so sure about the journalism anymore...


Julie's friend asked today: "Are you a skater?"

At first I didn't know who he was talking to. Julie said it was me. I said: "No... ::looks confused:: Do I look like one?"

"Yeah."

"Really? What?"

They said my clothes, my Vans shoes, and my backpack (?) It's the same backpack I had last year actually. Plus, her friend looks like a skater.

I answered that I just wear whatever is clean. I honestly think I don't look like one though... but whatever.

Hey, at least I don't look preppy. So all is good.

Heh.

That was one of the most weirdest questions someone ever asked me. Yupperz.

Hhhmmm... there was this other time that this one girl asked if I was gothic... O.o; I dunno why. I was only wearing a black jacket with flames on the sleeves.

Anyways, another random fact. My spanish teach is 29. He looks much younger than that though. ::shrug::

Also, someone(s) in my school is going to be in deep sh--. One: pot. (math teach smelled it in the bathroom.... our class is right next to it) and two: stealing a cellphone (and there are cameras all over our school) Not very smart these people.

Oh yeah, my math teacher received another ashtray.... lol... shall explain later....


::sigh:: I hope I do ok on my other tests... Math is not going along with me.... Hope I do well... Report cards coming on HALLOWEEN. If they give us homework that day, I shall be pissed.

my dear buddy as a skater? interesting..lol don't worry nat! you'll do well on those tests ..unlike me..have been getting C's on my math tests... which are quite a shocker to me >< your spanish teacher intrigues me lol ...journalism sounds intimidating to me..o0 maybe you should be a writer ...writing all these good books and seeing them in high demand and everything ^^ no doubt you should be a writer of some kind..journalism or whatever else...maybe you'll get to know journalism better and see that it doesn't seem as bad as the lady expressed it to be...or maybe you won't like it..but that doesn't mean you'll be occupationless..you'll find the right job for you nat sooner or later...quite inevitable really..someone will see the great talent that you possess and everything will be right in the world =] ill talk to you later buddy..hope aim starts working...or you'll sue!
