Dinner and a Movie
School= H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS... yup:
Gosh. I wasn't having a good start today. Lost my book for English and have no idea where the heck that is... Have the most annoying, arrogant boy for a lab partner... Didn't finish my work for Biology because of my stupid partner and my bio teach wouldn't let me finish... have 2 major quizzes/tests in Bio the following week... Start a new sport next week and I'm really accident prone in soccer--but then again I'm accident prone in any sport... Didn't know that my friend left for another country yesterday and thought today she was leaving and i forgot to tell her something.... Wasn't able to go to my friend's play....
Upside:
Today we had some people come over. My bro's classmates and their families. Their house was lost in the fire. They didn't look like they were having a hard time at all. I admire that. They were so surprised saying it was so fancy and looking like it was catered. "We should have our house burned all the time!" I didn't see what the big deal was. We always make lots of food when people come over. Maybe filipinos always have lots of food even when there are always a very few people I guess. Anyways.. I had to take care of the kids. I was a bit worried at first because I was never good with kids.. I have no patience. That's another flaw I discovered I have.. Anywhoo... Two were quiet and polite, and two were hyper and bouncing off the walls. There was a little girl about 4 and she was really cute. So polite, proper, and always wanted to sit in my lap when we watched "Daddy Day Care." That one laughed like a hyena at anything. It was fun. I'd rather do this any day than school. I smile, let loose, and laugh a lot more tonight than I ever had in a while. I was playing with the girl and asking her questions. I asked if she had a babysitter... "Yeah. But her house burned down too." I could hear the adults in the other room talking about ME. Gosh, I stopped listening afterward knowing it was going to be embarassing. Then they moved on to high schools... We saw a bit of "Wizard of Oz" the munchkin land part... the lollipop guild.. their dads came over singing the lyrics.. it was funny... They just left a few minutes ago during Dorthy's meeting with Scarecrow. The little girl's mom said that she might ask me to babysit, but not yet since my mom said I have to take CPR classes first. (I'm going to take that in sophmore year anyway...) Then one of the dads was talking about how he lives near OLP and how he could see girls change inside their car into short skirts, go-go boots, etc. I just laughed and said that most of my friends go there. My mom said now I shouldn't go there.
All in all, it was a nice night. But now I must drown in my studies...
::glances at her sketch book::
....
Er... Maybe cells, endoplasmic reticulums, ribosomes, and other things can wait. Heh. One more flaw I have... I procrastinate like no other. ^_~ See ya.
