    Current music:Further Seems Forever

    Help needed..
Ok, I want to make a typical "I love you" mix tape. But I need some different suggestions beyond the obvious, ya know? I'll take any suggestions, indie, emo, pop-punk, rock, or even like the Cure or Depeche Mode..

No Good Charlotte or NFG or Blink-182 please though.

    Thanks bunches.

depeche mode-strange love, it's kinda weird sounding for an i love you mix tape, but the lyrics do work. ooh and definitely try
brandston-holly park. that song is soo beautiful.to me anyways.
good luck with it, i hope it turns out cool.

Depeche Mode is my favorite band in the world. Strangelove is indeed a good choice.

You should check Kenna out then if you like Depeche Mode because I swear...I forget if Kenna's just one guy or what it is, but you can so tell that music is influenced by Depeche Mode, but it's still all a new amazing type of music in itself. Woo I love run on sentences!! But you might know 'bent'. They used to play the video on mtv2 (boo to fake tv corps.murder what's real!) last year or maybe 2 years ago (the cd is 'new sacred cow') and it was claymation but wow it was so...incredible. the sad little clay guy was tired and depressed and he lived this job that made his whole world gray, then he opened up a door in his stomach (heh) and you could see this light in him...and children playing. awh it sounds weird but it was soo cool and just...neeatttttt. you should check kenna out.

Whoa. I love Kenna too. Even though it's played on MTV and such, "Freetime" is an amazing song. I love the way he sings.

I'm so ahead. lol.
