So journaling is supposed to be helpful in overcoming stress disorders. That's why I'm doing this...figured it'd be more fun than totally keeping this to myself. :)
For those who don't know, this has been a really crappy year for me. That's been capped off by the recent news that I won't be given a contract to continue my job as a beginning band director next year. So, I have 2 weeks to decide if I'm going to resign or be let go. I'm not going to get into the details of how that happened until the whole thing is set in stone. That wouldn't be very professional. Besides, those of you who need to know I've already called and talked your ears off. ;)
I'm trying to keep this in a positive framework. I'm kind of looking forward to deciding what to do next. Work? Grad school? Become a hermit wanna-be rockstar? Could be interesting!
