Green Tomato jam revisited
So... yeah.
The jam did in fact turn out! It took about a week or so to gel properly, but it finally did its thing. There were maybe, 2 jars that didn't quite gel the way they were supposed to, so they're still kinda watery looking, but I don't mind, I'm just eating those first. Though, I'm still not really a jam eater, funny that.
It's all good!
