Jam Verdict
Well.
Interesting consistency I must say.
It is my fault, of course. I think I had just a wee bit too much tomatoes for what the recipe called for. Mind you, I'm also not a terribly great fan of pectin it would appear after my first try with the stuff. But that's just me. ^_^
The jam itself is relatively tasty it just didn't set entirely, it's like a very runny jelly. Which truthfully, I didn't mind. It's sweet, with a hint of tartness. All around, not a bad first try. I'm still not too sure what's up with the whole pectin thing.. try again next year I guess.
So now the question becomes: Anyone want jam? :P
