Stereo Install
Chris and i just did the dodgiest install EVER.
The el cheapo $20-00 head unit is now in my car and working so i have a cd player at least. However its not mounted on anything its sitting on a folded up scarf to cushion it when i go over a bump and it has 2 cable ties at the back so it doesnt fall out of the dash when i accelerate hard.
Its very very very very very leb stylez.
I shall get pics up of it in a few days........... oh well its only a practice thing for when we have a decent head unit that way we make all the mounting brackes and new face plate up with this one coz it doesnt matter if we damage it.

It will be sexy when its done, it will be even sexier when i get a better head unit. This one has CD player i guess, but it only has 2 channel so i can hook front OR back up (have hooked up rear coz they sound better) and doesnt have RCA's but hell it doesnt even have radio presets LOLOLOL. Oh well iam saving for an Mp3 unit, so in the meantime i can get the car all ready with amps and sub prolly in it for when the other HU comes along. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread) |
