unbalanced
This past Christmas, I spent the most money on presents I've ever spent. Almost $400.. my own money. I got presents for.. 21 people, gave them all out and everything.. and got presents from 5 of them back, and thats including my parents. I honestly don't care about the presents themselves, I could care less if people spend money on me.. but they didn't get me anything.. not a home-made card or even a word to show they thought about me.. just a thank you when i showed up to give them their gift. I don't mean to make anyone feel guilty, I just feel cheated out of my own money. It felt good at the time to show everyone how much I cared, but it sucked realizing how much they don't. I just should have thought about it more, I guess.
Oh yeah..Ugh.. Sarah's never getting a present from me again.. ungrateful bitch. It's funny how you find out reaaal quick who your friends really are.. to get a present from your friend and not thank them or bother calling at all.. just take it. how.. kdjaldfjklajsdfklasjlfka.

jenn jenn i started to buy everyone the same present for christmas, and when it came down to it, i was not proud of the presents and didnt like them at all, so i didnt give them to anyone. i do beleive i still have the christmas cards filled out that i was going to put with the presents when i gave them out, so i shall try to remember to give taht to you next time i see you. i was very dissatisfied with my own efforts this xmas.... but im trying to work out a surprise in the future that i hope will make up for it and will (*hopefully*) be very special for everyone. i DO however want to thank you again for your gift and this seems like a supurb moment. this purse is so uber awesome-- i think its my favorite gift of all my friends. its so me and exactly what i wanted. thank you for taking the time and effort to personnalize each of your gifts and make your friends feel extra special-- which is what i failed to do this year. i <3 u girl. i didnt get gifts for 21 people but i do know how you feel. half the people i got stuff for didnt even get me a card either. it sucks. it really does. specially when u give them their gift and their like "im going to go shopping for your later today!" or "im gonna give you your in a few days!" and then you come back from xmas break and theres no mention of it anymore. even if u dont have money you can make someone a real nice card to show your appreciation for them ya know? instead they ignore it and hope youll forget about it. its great. i didnt spend nearly 400 like you did so its not as extreme, but my grandmother dying proved to me just what your xmas presents proved to you. were all growing apart..and no one cares enough to make it better, or to be a good friend to one another. just pisses me off. it makes me not wanna be as good a friend to all of them. but then again, id be stooping to their level huh? at least weve got each other jennuh.
