    Well howdy.
    Decided I may as well join this little old community. Well, little new community, close enough, heh.
    Anyway, I'm not really n a diet, as such, but I am trying to lose, and I figure that be good enough.

    -Current Weight: 133 lbs.

    -Goal Weight: 120 lbs.

    -Height: 5'9"

    -Age: 16.

    -Gender: Female.

    -Diet: Eating only when I'm hungry, preferably low-fat foods, and regular exercise.

    Like I said before, I'm not really on a diet. 'Cause my Mother diaspproves of them, and the idea of me losing weight in general. But what I'm doing seems to work fine, as I'm not often that hungry until about 4pm - 8pm, when I eat dinner and dessert (always large, high fat, and forced down my throat). So, yeah.
    What is the 'Atkins diet'? I've heard of it, but never really understood what it was.

    Anyway, this is a good idea, especially the part where it's not ana/mia or any of that jazz...

Hey thanks for joining! lol quick question how did you become a watcher for the community? lol because yea i want to do that part to but couldnt figure out how. anyway Atkins is a low carb diet. you eat a lot of meat and cheese and some veggies, fish and eggs are good to. my mom lost about 65pounds on it and when I was 14 I did it and lost 30 but then i quit lol. its great.
