Hey Hey Hey Everyone

Well since this is my community it only seems right that I make the first post lol (DUH). Anyway my name is Sha, I am currently on the Atkins Diet and it is working, I lost 2Lbs yesterday! Yay me hehe, I am overweight, but I don’t look to bad, people see the 230 and think blob woman, but its not like that, I played basketball through middle and high school and have a ton of freaking muscle lol, I will post a “Before” Pic in my next post. I do most of my Daily food updating in my other journal (orangeddie) but I wanted a community that wasn’t just about ana/mia and fasting, this is just another option. Anyway I hope this gets some members because sometimes it can be tough and that support is always good. Gotta run! Cheerio Sha
