I mean it would be illogical to some extent to think...."well it's an Australian based problem"....because it's built up from issues resulting from overseas....from the way most of Australia was settled...which in fact to the great extent by criminals...you have a criminal class running the establishments....and you have immigrant populations...all living by their own standards and morals....you wonder why it doesn't fucking work for people...
that's a couple of big reasons why....because again...there's going to be cultural dominance and crap like that going on.
