I mean take this for example....you know all those people out there...that have all these "Trusts" set up for them?
There's a couple of tests for them because they are such an illegally convenient way of avoiding paying income tax...and one of the tests...is "Is the tax benefit the dominant reason for the arrangement"...

They're actually void if it is....so how many illegal trust funds to you think there are in operation at the moment?
