E.T. Phone Home
I need to go buy a new phone. Mine is almost dead. It makes this god awful humming/buzzing noise the whole time I am trying to have a conversation. I don't know what happened to it. Perhaps all that lightning we had last week did it in. It wouldn't be the first time things in our house went kaput due to lightning. Which is weird considering all of our powerlines are under ground. I was going to go phone shopping tonight, but I'm feeling rather lazy so I'm thinking Saturday. Of course, my caller ID isn't working either and I need that. Yes, I admit, I screen my calls. I can't help it. I have some friends that call me 100 times a week but have nothing to say. So I don't answer my phone very much anymore. Maybe I should just have my phone shut off and just use my cell phone instead. Even though my business cards have my home phone number. Eh... I'll just keep my phone I guess. All these decisions!! :op
I swear my boss shits out paper. He's gone all summer. He comes back for 4 days and there is more filing to do in these 4 days than I think I did all last semester combined!! I don't understand why he feels the need to save every single little piece of scrap paper and junk mail he musters up. I could dump it all in the recycle bin and he would never know it. Of course that would be when he would be looking for something and freaking out like a maniac.
