It's been raining for most of the night. If it were possible, I'd suggest that the entire school could be washed away in what's shaping up to be a flood.
The sky was already starting to darken when I bumped into Tar outside, en route to the school parking lot. In boycott of the Prom, I was intending to head into town to see the horror movie festival they were having at the Metroplex this evening, but I ended up passing it up once the two of us had struck up a conversation. He's an interesting young man, different from most I've encountered in my four years of being here at Dover Academy.
I should go lay down and get a few hours of sleep in while I still can.
