i tried to update a couple days ago but it wouldn't let me! arggh!

we're FINALLY done with finals. i am SO relieved. this big load of stress has jumped off my shoulders. but once i find out my english grade it'll all probably go downhill again.. lol.

i just got back from best buy. i have $15 in reward zone certificates, so i went to get the eisley cd but they didn't have it! ugh! i wanted it so bad! but they DID have mae, so i got that! so far it's great! sigh. i love them. but i really want eisley still!!

while i was there and looking for mae, i overheard these guys in the aisle talking about rufio, and they're like "hmm i wonder if they're any good" so i was just like "are you guys talking about rufio?" so we chatted about them for a while and some other bands and all that fun stuff. their names were jacob, alex, and flavio, and they're all in a band called burned by her. they're playing at some battle on the 30th, but i'll be at sugarcult. they're playing the congress theatre next month though and fireside over the summer. hmm! i went to check out their site but they don't have any downloads up on it right now because it's a new site. i asked them what band they would compare their sound too, though, and they were all like "hmm probably thrice," so hmm! i'll have to check 'em out.

i played guitar pretty much all day yesterday. my favourite song to play right now is "one eight seven" by senses fail, but i only know the intro as of now. i need to tune my guitar into drop d to play the rest. it's so fun though. even through my frustration it was fun, and i was just like.. this is what i want to do. and hey, while that may be a long shot, umm HAVE YOU SEEN KATY ROSE? lmao. she's living proof that i can make it. ;) right django?

anyway, that's all i have to say for now. my aunt is bringing an amp over later for me to borrow since they don't use it. fun stuff! well, ttyl!

	congrats on finishing finals! and lucky for meeting guys and seeing sugarcult. i love one eight seven, thats an amazing song, even though i dont think that EP is that good. is it easy to play? (Reply to this) (Thread)

thank you thank you! yeah, my friend roger's band is playing a show with the guys i met and their band next month, so i might go see 'em all again! ;) 187 is.. ehh.. it's alright to play. like, the intro, it's not too bad to figure out and all, but once you try to do it at the actual speed, it's hard. i still haven't drop d tuned so i can't play the rest yet. lol. xx; sarah (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
