meh.
I need to lose some weight. I had this week off, and instead of spending it being productive like I should have, and more importantly, wanted to, I spent it mostly sleeping and occasionaly eating (and not the best of food choices, let me tell you) I guess I was just more exhausted from work then I thought.
So starting tomorow, I'm going to re-astablish my 1,200 cal a day diet. (as recomended to me by my online coach) and start excercising. Family keeps telling me that I need to relax, and not be so hard on myself, but the thing their overlooking is that, that's all I've been doing for the past month. relaxing and letting go, and I have to re-assert myself, and regain controll of my life. that includes going to the gym, laying of the excessive snacking, and getting up on time for Goodness sakes.
wish me luck. I shall start posting my sucsess, and downfalls as they happen.
