Well...I did my 50 crunches and 100 reps on my cross training machine thingie.
BREAKFAST: Baked bbq lays
LUNCH: baked potato
DINNER: sweet n sour chicken,1 eggroll
SNACKS: Sugar Free Icecream,1 banana
CALORIES: 1465 FAT: 40grams
