Hello all! I am back. Well, I have been on my weightloss journey still, just struggling a little. I'm okay now. I have been really busy lately along with going out of town. So here it is again. Me posting my food and all that stuff. Today I worked..walked around a lot and was on my feet all day. I also did 50 crunches. BREAKFAST:WW Smart Ones Choc.
