Today, good day
Ha. I'm not really to good with all this journal crap. A couple of cretins here have been bothering me to get one. Here goes...
Well. My name is Joel. Obviously. I have a twin brother, but he doens't matter right now. I don't talk to my father... yadda yadda yadda... more on that later.
I'm in a band, and our fan base has been elevating at a rather alarming rate thanks to MTV and all their loyal fans. What I am trying to say is, we are the shit. Just kidding. We're only Good Charlotte. We're not completely horrible. Some people like this stuff.
Anyway, I haven't had the easiest life. When your father walks out on your family on Christmas Eve, you tend to be tramatised. Anyway, my mom, being the totally amazing persons she is, was able to take care of me and my siblings. For the past few years I have been blessed though. I love music and I love making music. It helps me cope with a lot of the things that were wrong in my life, and the fact that so many people like it is just simply awesome.
It really is. I can't believe how much we accomplished in the last few years. I could never have dreamed this stuff would happen to me. Being on TV, touring, playing sold-out shows. It's fucking awesome and this is really how I want to live the rest of my life. I cannot remember I time in my life when I was this happy. Well, I think I'll leave you with that.
