my friend, ross, and i were in the park yesterday after our late-morning monday bike ride just before our later-morning monday soccer attempts and we were talking about fitness and weight loss and what not- as we usually do at that time. and i was sharing my experience in learning that diet is mostly about "controlling what you eat and not letting it control you". then i jokingly said that was going to be a chapter in my fitness book and that the first chapter would be entitled "read this book on the toilet. that way, you're losing weight already." so you can look for that in your local bookstore soon.
