Maybe its just me, but isn't the Philippine Press just reacting too much on the whole "Desperate Housewives" thing? And now, it the "Daily Show with John Stewart" calling former Pres. Aquino a slut?

These people need to watch "The Late Show with David Letterman". They have a segment called "Great Moments In Presidential Speeches (or is it History)"? The show insults Pres. Bush every night. I don't hear any reaction from the White House.

alam mo the day i found out about that desparate housewives thing, di pa sya lumalabas sa inquirer or sa mga pinoy forums na binabasahan ko. i knew magrereact na naman ang mga noypi ng katakot-takot. minsan iniisip ko siguro nga may positive effect tong reaction, pero hello naman, minsan sa sobrang OA napipilitan akong idedma ang issue. as if naman maapektuhan ang careers ng pinoy medical people sa ibang bansa. siguro naman kay john stewart di na sila magrereact ng todo dahil comedian talaga sya. ewan ko lang. inis no?! 	oa na sila kapag nagreact sila dun kay stewart. si bush nga halos araw araw tirahin nila... d naman sila pinapansin. and the british gov. havent reacted either considering na kasama din ni cory si margaret thatcher dun sa skit sa john stewart. nga pala, kamusta na celeste? Whoa. That's not you. :) For some reason, minsan parang nagpapapansin na lang ang Pinoy. I don't think the show has to offer an apology. And the pikon politicians themselves are not even well-bred to be seen as credible to "defend" the country. And come to think of it, maraming nagmemed school just for the sake of gaining monetary benefits right after ...ilan kaya ang excellent and dedicated Pinoy doctors/nurses who are working professionally because they love their work?
