everyone seems to have those icicle lights round by me - three out of five houses on my road do (including mine - mum loves them!)
The only really tacky decorations nearby are the ones mentioned above, and those are a few streets away. See apparently I live in the 'posh' area, so we have to be refined with our lights! Different story on the estate on the other side of town - ugly lights and little snowmen everywhere.
