We've had a few people complain to me and other mods about "not feeling welcome"

First of all, don't say that when all you have to do is click over and IM someone. You can do that and we are all big kids now. We can do this, if your new of course no one is going to talk to you right away.

Don't expect us to IM you going "OMG!!! HI" you should be able to IM someone and start a conversation with someone. It shouldn't be so hard.

Don't complain if you don't feel welcome. We have chats every night [or we really try to] and you can make friends in there. Sorry if I come off as a bitch but it's not my problem I have to go out of my way to try to make someone feel welcome.
