that combination is induced by allergies. Try taking a seasonal allergy medication. You have to be careful not to get a sinus infection from untreated allergies. Those things can be vicious and require antibiotics. The headache is the one that may signal a sinus infection at first but if it goes untreated it may develop into earaches as well.
As a 12 year veteran of diagnosed allergies (not sure how long I had them before that) I can empathize with the pain and strongly recommend that you seek a medical opinion.
