    Current mood: awake

    Today is inventory.

We begin now at 7:30 am, and we will be here until 7pm this evening.

Thankfully, I'll be gettin paid for the 2.5 more hours of being a receptionist and warehouse warpig.

Everyone is decked out in t-shirts, bermuda shorts and tennis shoes, and asking each other "ready for the big day, man?" Evefyone in shorts, caps and carrying bottles of water...we look like we're going on a field trip to the Zoo.

I'm told that I will get to be in my office for most of the day, since the phones never stop ringing. But I WILL be counting individual nuts and bolts today, undoubtedly. I'm starting to wish I'd eaten breakfast...

Help me on something: Who sings that old rock song, it goes like this : "The time has come today" and "(tick tock tick tock tick tock)TIME!!" I think it might be WAR, even though it sounds like Steppenwolf, I know it isn't, the voice is TOO deep. Comment to me if you know.

It's neither, although it does sound like Steppenwolf...anyways...

I believe the original is done by The Chambers Brothers and is called Time Has Come Today (obviously, lol)...however, I do know The Ramones also have a version of it. Personally, I like the Chambers Brothers version better, but whatever floats ya boat ;)

Thanks Blue.

Right after I had posted that, I looked it up on Amazon and found the Chamber Brothers records. I don't have speakers on my office computer, so I wasn't for sure if that was it. Now I am. =)
