I'm baaaack...
I'm relieved to say that my mom survived Hurricane Charley. It came in as a category 4 right thru her area for the most part, and she was very lucky. She had some flooding in her basement but that's all. She is safe and sound on a cruise ship somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico right now.
Hurricane Butch, however, that's another story!! I must say BC.. that you're allowed to say "I told you so." Best concerts I've ever seen. I met some really cool people too, and did a lot of great shopping. It was awesome to get out of here for awhile.
Unfortunately though, I'm back now and having to deal with a bunch of bullshit like always. I got my ER bill for my visit in July and it's $1215!!! Holy shit.. yeah.. cause I have that laying around. So I gotta go thru a bunch of crap with my insurance. Can't I just go back to being a kid??? lol.
